*Class space is limited, please register for classes in advance through text or email. *2-hours notice is required to cancel a class. *All class packages will expire as indicated, please choose your package carefully.
There's nothing better than working out with a group. There's this sense of family, camaraderie, and positive peer pressure! Train hard with a group of goal-oriented gritters, in a laid-back environment. All fitness levels are welcome, I always offer modifications to increase or decrease the intensity.

SCUPLT Strength-training is vital for your health and achieving your fitness goals, even weight loss. Knowing what to do and how to do it can be overwhelming, so let me take care of it.
BOXFIT Build stamina and lean muscle, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn a ton of calories in BOXfit. During High Intensity Training Intervals, learn how to strike with proper form.
GRITcamp The original GRIT class combines full body strength-training with cardio intervals in my very own version of bootcamp.
HIIT With the effective use of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), burn way more calories in half the time of traditional cardio work.
FUNDAMENTALS This low impact class focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. This class will serve as active recovery after a tough week of workouts, but you will still push your body to improve functionality and overcome barriers.
MAMA'S GOT GRIT This class is for new mamas, and focuses on post-partum rehabilitation. These classes are very small and have a different registration process and specific packages. See details here.
